Who You Are:

What You Do:
- Conduct clinical assessments
- Prepare disability assessment documentation for VAC (Veterans Affairs Canada)
- Personalized Pain Management
- Prescribe medical compounds and products essential to a patients’ wellness journey
- Advise, refer, develop and execute personalized evidence-based treatment plans
- Educational guidance on individuals’ healthcare
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in conjunction with suggested treatment plans
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Comfortable with EMRs and digital tools
- Passion for patient-centered care and impact
