Group Therapy
Connect, Heal, and Grow Together
Group Therapy offers a supportive space to address mental and emotional challenges alongside others who understand. At Echelon Wellness, our group sessions are designed to foster resilience, connection, and lasting well-being.

What is Group Therapy?
Group Therapy brings individuals together under the guidance of a trained therapist to share experiences, explore emotions, and build coping skills. Through evidence-based methods and peer support, it provides a powerful way to heal, gain perspective, and strengthen mental wellness in a community setting.
Benefits of Group Therapy
- Reduces isolation through shared understanding
- Builds resilience and emotional skills with peer encouragement
- Enhances self-awareness and confidence in a safe group setting
- Supports recovery from trauma or stress with collective insights
- Improves social connection and overall quality of life

Our Approach to Group Therapy
At Echelon Wellness, our therapists facilitate small, structured groups, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. We integrate proven techniques tailored to the group’s needs and collaborate with other specialists—like physiotherapists—when the mind-body connection is key.
Your group experience may include:
- Guided discussions to process emotions and experiences
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) exercises adapted for group settings
- Mindfulness practices to reduce stress and build focus
- Skill-building activities to apply in daily life
