What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a hands-on healthcare practice that emphasizes the connection between the body’s structure and its function. By using gentle manual techniques, osteopaths address musculoskeletal imbalances, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. It’s an effective solution for pain relief, injury recovery, and overall health enhancement.
