I have been totally impressed with Echelon and the people there since my first appointment a month ago. Such friendly people who want to do everything they can to get you the help and treatments that you (a veteran) need. There are things I didn't know I was entitled to until I started going here. There was no long wait to get in and get started. No messing around, just straight to "this is what you qualify for, now lets get started.

Echelon Wellness Kingston is a fantastic support system for Veterans, all under a single roof, greatly reducing stress. The staff are all very supportive and knowledgeable, and I would recommend their facility to any who need their help towards wellness.

Absolutely life changing for me. I took the plunge and called for an appointment… that afternoon I was in the door for a introduction of what they offer. I’m getting treatment for various VA acknowledged conditions. The place is welcoming and comfortable, and the staff are professional, compassionate and about as friendly as you could ever meet. Attending treatments here is something I look forward to and all under one roof. Definitely check it out.

Can't sing their praises enough. It's a one stop shop for all your medical needs as a Veteran, as well as help with VAC pensions. This type of service is key to helping our retired mbrs achieve all around better wellness.

A safe place where respect, understanding and compassion is paramount. The staff are incredibly friendly, cordial and 100% professional. Services offered are covered by VAC and the staff are willing to go the extra mile to advocate for extra services if needed taking the stress off Veterans when dealing with VAC, basically they cut through the bureaucratic red tape. Excellent advocate for veterans treatment services. Very long overdue and greatly appreciated by this Veteran.

Fantastic, excellent staff and they help me deal with VAC. They book appointments back to back when I request. They even help me get benefits I am entitled to, but VAC told me I wasn't. For example, getting more chiropractor visits. VAC had told me I could not get more then 15, but Echelon can navigate blue cross/vac to help you get more. I recommend every Veteran to do and intake and see what they can help you with.
